Shipping Policy

Used Office Furniture Company uses various postal and courier services within the UK. We do endeavour to get all our orders out before the shipping times stipulated below, however, there may be times where orders are delayed due to courier backlogs, weather etc..

We offer FREE delivery on all orders within a 60 mile radius of us at PO10 8QY. Unless it is a Chair, then we offer FREE delivery to anyone within Mainland UK. If you order a product where free delivery does not apply to you then please be prepared to be contacted regarding a shipping cost. Please note, some listings may offer Free Delivery to anyone within Mainland UK, if they do then this will be mentioned in the products description.

All orders will be delivered directly from our warehouse in West Sussex, directly to your doorstep.

When ordering, you will receive a confirmation email which works as a receipt for your purchase. This order confirmation has your personal order number.

.  If your order consists of more than one product, in some cases the products will be sent separately which in some cases can result in the products arriving one by one with a few days between.

The dates are listed in Business Days (Working Days) from the date you receive your shipping Info. These times do not include processing times prior to shipping the order. These times are estimates only and do not account for postal delays, weather, customs problems or holidays.
